Our health and fitness courses cater for a range of abilities and experience. These group-based classes allow you to participate at your own level, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Classes are suitable for both men and women of all ages (19+) and use a variety of approaches to promote a healthy lifestyle. 

If you have any health issues please check with your doctor before you enrol and let the tutor know when you start the course.
