Overview

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition based in martial arts and meditation, which involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures. There are various types of Tai Chi – this course will cover Yang style moves as promoted by the Deyin Institute. Learners will also cover Qigong (breathing exercises). This gentle form of exercise has many benefits, including helping to maintain strength, flexibility and balance.

This course is specifically for those who are new to Tai Chi - we offer an improvers course for returning students or those with more experience.
