Overview

Welcome to our Tai Chi and Qigong course for improvers, where we invite you to take your practice to the next level. Building upon the foundational skills acquired in our beginners course, this programme is designed to deepen your understanding, refine your techniques and cultivate a deeper sense of balance, harmony and vitality. 

What Will I Study?

Through a blend of theory, practice and experiential learning you will explore more advanced movements, refine your technique and expand your repertoire. You will master mind-body integration to cultivate a profound sense of presence, awareness and mindfulness in your practice and daily life.  

This course will allow you to connect with fellow practitioners in a supportive and collaborative learning environment, where you can share insights, experiences and challenges under the expert guidance of an experienced tutor. 

Entry Requirements

This 10-week course is ideal for experienced practitioners who have completed a beginners course in Tai Chi and Qigong, or have equivalent experience. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your practice, or an intermediate student seeking to expand your horizons, this course offers a supportive and enriching environment for growth and exploration. 

If you have any medical conditions that you feel we need to be aware of, please speak to the tutor at the start of the course. Please note that movements can be adapted to suit individual needs and abilities. 

Materials

Please wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you. 

It is advised that you practise for 10 minutes a day outside of class to get the most out your course.

You could enrol onto a further improvers course or one of our other health and fitness courses.
