Counselling
We offer a Foundation Degree in Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis, which is a two year course designed for individuals seeking a recognised accredited qualification as a counsellor. Students will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, using Transactional Analysis theory as a main theoretical model. The Foundation Degree is BACP accredited. On completion of the Foundation Degree, learners have the option to progress to our BA (Hons) Humanistic and Integrative Counselling Top-Up course, with a further year of study.
Both of these programmes have been developed, delivered and assessed by Peter Symonds College and are awarded and quality assured by Middlesex University. Students will receive an award from Middlesex University on successful completion.
Our supervision course is for practising counsellors and psychotherapists who are interested in becoming supervisors.
