Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of improvisation and will learn practical techniques to unleash their creativity, enhance spontaneity and improve communication skills. You will learn improvisational skills in short and long form to strengthen skills in staying present, listening actively, taking in nonverbal information, and tapping into your intuition.
