This engaging one-day workshop equips counsellors with essential skills for working therapeutically with children and young people. Entry Requirements
This course is open to registered mental health practitioners and allied professionals (such as social workers, counsellors, and psychologists) who already have a Level 2 Certificate in Safeguarding Children and Young People and wish to expand on their knowledge.
Materials
All course materials will be provided, including handouts, worksheets, and resources. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen for personal reflections and notes.
Progression
Upon completion, participants will receive a CPD certificate of attendance, recognizing their new skills in working with children and young people. This course serves as a strong foundation for further specialised training.
