Overview

This course is for adults who have been learning German for a minimum of three years. Students should have a solid knowledge of German, beyond basic tourist conversations and able to communicate regarding with a wide range of topics and contemporary issues in the present, future and past tense. You should be able to talk about lifestyle and hobbies, as well as German culture and political life.

What Will I Study?

You will enhance your learning and comprehension using the four language skills; speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will revise and solidify your knowledge of present, future and past tenses to enable you to communicate with confidence.

Entry Requirements

You should have three years experience in learning German, or equivalent proficiency. 

Materials

Text books will be discussed at your first session. Please bring a pen and paper with you.

Progression

We offer a Semester 2 that begins immediately after Semester 1 and is an integral part of the course, the exact length of which will be decided in the spring term. You would then be able to progress to the next level.
