In this 10-week course, you will learn various creative textile techniques to create beautiful and unique wall-hangings and art to decorate your home. This course is designed for both beginners and those with some experience in textile arts. Your tutor will guide you through the process of creating stunning wall-hangings that can adorn any space. From traditional techniques to contemporary designs, you will learn various methods to manipulate fabric, use different materials, and incorporate artistic elements into your work.
If you have no experience using a sewing machine, we recommend you complete one of our short ‘Getting to Know a Sewing Machine’ workshops prior to enrolling.

This course is ideal for anyone interested in textile arts and craft, whether you are a beginner looking to learn new skills or an experienced crafter wanting to explore textile art further. If you have a passion for creating unique, handmade art pieces, this course is for you. As mentioned above, we recommend you attend one of our short ‘Getting to Know a Sewing Machine’ workshops prior to enrolling.
Basic materials will be provided, however you will be invited to bring in any of your own fabrics that you wish to use and you may be able to purchase additional items from the tutor during the course. Your tutor will advise further on materials in the first session.
