Governor Recruitment
Welcome to the micro site for the recruitment of new governors to join the Board of our College. The Board is responsible for shaping the strategy of this outstanding college and comprises a group of highly committed governors, some of whom have been with us for many years and others who have recently joined. A few are coming to the end of their time on the Board and so we are looking to recruit new members.
We particularly seek candidates with financial audit experience or who have worked in a leadership role in secondary or further education. We are also keen to broaden the diversity of our Board membership and therefore welcome applications from people from other backgrounds who come from underrepresented groups.
By recruiting candidates with protected characteristics e.g. disability and from minority ethnic backgrounds, we hope better to meet the needs of our diverse student body.
