Peter Symonds College, Winchester held its annual Remembrance Day event at 11am on Monday 11 November with contributions from Principal, Sara Russell, Student Union President, Lucy Hale and student musicians, followed by observing two minutes’ silence.

Representatives from the College’s Student Union, Enrichment and Boarding teams also attended, alongside staff and students.
Principal, Sara Russell, said: “We are proud that the entire College community came together today to honour those in the forces and civilians who have given their lives in service to their country. At a time when conflict and hardship continue - both around the world and closer to home - we stand in solidarity with all those affected, and we reflect on the importance of peace, unity, and remembrance."
