Join tutor Christine Costidell and start your journey into the relaxing world of Yoga Nidra!

Often referred to as 'yogic sleep', Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation and relaxation practice that aims to induce a state of conscious relaxation, somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. It facilitates deep physical, mental and emotional rejuvenation and the benefits include reduced stress, improved sleep quality and enhanced overall well-being. Incorporating Yoga Nidra into your daily routine can be a valuable tool for managing stress and anxiety.

So, sign up now and start your journey towards inner peace and holistic health! Classes are on a Tuesday evening 5.45-6.45pm in the Hall at the Adult & HE Campus on Stoney Lane. This 10-week course commences on 16th January. See you there!
