Charlotte was co-opted to the Curriculum & Quality Committee in 2023 and is our Link Governor for Study Support/Learning Difficulties and Disabilities. She is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of London UCL Institute of Education (IoE), where her published articles and research over the past 10 years explore the experience of neurodiversity and disability in education, developing ideas from her PhD which addressed the identity impacts of dyslexia in higher education. Charlotte is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Authority and has taught on a Masters in Education and Technology at UCL. Previously she worked for 10 years as an analyst and strategy consultant in finance and technology. Charlotte is parent to a former Peter Symonds student (now at university) and enjoys yoga, gardening, music and theatre.
