Michael was appointed as a governor in May 2019. He is a member of the Audit and Search Committees. Michael is a partner with Azets and is a member of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a member of the ICAEW’s Audit and Assurance and Financial Reporting Faculties. He is responsible for the audit department of the Southampton office of Azets and has extensive experience of providing external audit services to a portfolio of companies.
