Information About The Post

Peter Symonds is a vibrant sixth form college in Winchester which has been rated by Ofsted as ‘outstanding’ in every respect. We have a large team of committed and talented staff who are at the heart of the success of the College. 

We have almost 150 studying one of our BTEC IT courses (level 2 and level 3 at Extended Certificate and Diploma level).  

The successful candidate/s will be highly skilled and enthusiastic, ideally with the ability to teach programming. You will be able to deliver excellent, effective subject lessons at both Level 2 and Level 3, and will model a friendly, team centred approach whilst being committed to working in pursuit of success for our students and department, and the College itself.
