Information About The Post

Our Senior Management Team is supported by a small team of Personal Assistants (PAs) who have individual areas of responsibility while also contributing to the work of the wider team. As PA to the Deputy Principal (Quality), you will work flexibly on a wide range of administrative duties, including supporting our quality monitoring systems, staff development, tutorial & lecture programme and College policies. Some of your areas will be quiet at times and busy at others, so you will prioritise accordingly and have considerable discretion to manage your own workload. The hours are full time, for 42 weeks a year which is term time, Enrolment Week in August and some additional days outside term by agreement.

You will be educated to A level or equivalent as a minimum, with the ability to use IT to a high level and excellent organisational skills. A strong communicator and team player, you will also be able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.  You should have experience working in a demanding administrative role. This is a new post and a rare opportunity to work with colleagues across the College.

We are dedicated to safeguarding the students in our care. To that end, a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced disclosure will be required in the event of an individual being offered a position within our College. Our staff undertake regular safeguarding training and are subject to ongoing safeguarding scrutiny.
