Information About The Post

We are looking for people to join our team of Invigilators, supervising students in College and public examinations. Duties include supervising students and administration of exams e.g. collecting papers.

The exam series runs from 03 May to 28 June 2022 (omitting half term, which is the week beginning 30 May). You will need to be available for the busiest sessions, which will be confirmed separately. You will also be required to attend a compulsory training session in March/April and further sessions as required.

You will work under the direction of an experienced Senior Invigilator and no experience is required, although you should feel confident working with teenagers and with using computers. On the job training using College computers and systems will be provided however, basic skills in the use of computers is a requirement. The pay rate is currently £8.92 per hour plus holiday pay, which is a total of £10.12 per hour, increasing to £10.79 inclusive in April.
