We are currently seeking an outstanding teacher to become our new Head of Mathematics. This is an exciting opportunity to join the biggest department in Peter Symonds, where you will be heading up a team of dedicated, enthusiastic teachers who all care passionately about their subject.

Information About The Post
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to join our College as Head of Mathematics and develop and secure the best outcomes for our students in the biggest department in the College. There are currently over 1500 students studying A level Mathematics, Further Maths, Statistics and GCSE Mathematics. You will have an excellent record of teaching to the 16-19 age group and the ability to lead a large team of staff to maintain and improve already high standards of teaching and learning. You will be able to demonstrate the impact of successful leadership in raising student attainment in your current role and will be joining a supportive team who look to drive standards across the College.
